Order Processing

Most in-stock items ship the same day when the order is received by 2:00 PM Chicago time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart for U.S. and international orders before checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking number. The carrier may also send email updates as your package moves.

Signature at Delivery

All shipments require a signature. Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the package.

If no one is available, the carrier may attempt delivery again on the next business day or hold the package for pickup. Use your tracking number to contact the carrier for delivery details.
