The Stryker X8000 (P/N 220-200-000) is a xenon light source for endoscopic procedures. It uses a 300 W elliptical xenon lamp and delivers illumination through a compatible fiberoptic light cable. The recently replaced lamp has less than 100 hours of use, according to the displayed hour reading; the lamp is rated for approximately 500 hours.
The X8000 includes an LCD display for bulb-hour readings and warning or error codes, and a safety shutoff that activates if the bulb assembly overheats. When used with an ESST light cable, it can enter standby if the scope disconnects from the cable. The light source was tested at our facility for several days, and all functions were verified by a qualified biomedical technician.
Suitable for endoscopy setups using compatible Stryker 1088, 1188, or 1288 camera systems.
